We were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions. Jennifer was patient and understanding to all of our needs. She went above and beyond to learn what we were looking for and to address all of our concerns. She stayed on top of the market and looked in neighborhoods we didn't even know we liked. Jennifer found our house and successfully negotiated our purchase within one day of the house going on the market. We would have missed out had it not been for her. We'd recommend her to anyone looking for their first home or forever home.

Amanda and Jennifer took amazing care and detail while handling the purchase of a property for me while I am out of state. This was a very small transaction in my opinion of around 80k and they handled it like it was a million dollar deal. Jennifer helped us buy our first home, and was such a wonderful realtor! We gave her our criteria over the phone, and within minutes she sent us a list of potential homes. We fell in love with one of the houses on the list, and Jennifer was quick to book a showing for us. The day after we saw the house, we gave our offer and Jennifer helped negotiate an agreement that same day! In the month remaining, she was extremely quick to respond to all my questions, and provided a lot of knowledge and advice for our first home-buying experience. We hit some bumps along the way (which is to be expected for any purchase), and Jennifer masterfully navigated us through all the obstacles. I would highly recommend her for any home-buying experience!
