This was my first time buying a home, I was pretty nervous about it, but Brandi Bux put my mind at ease almost immediately. I asked a lot of questions, and she always either HAD the answer or GOT the answer within minutes. She was always open to texting or phone calls and was very accessible. She is also very knowledgeable about the business. Everything she predicted would happen DID happen, and the process was very streamlined and very manageable. I had heard from several people that buying a home was a stressful nightmare. Those people apparently have never worked with Brandi Bux.

Jen went above and beyond our expectations as first time buyers. She always got back with us right away with any questions or concerns. Jen would get ahold of US and bring homes to our attention instead of us being the only ones to look for a home to buy. We had emails almost daily of new properties that went up for sale and she did whatever it took to have us look at the homes we wanted to see. We told her what we were looking for and within 3 weeks of looking, Jen helped us find our dream home! I also want to add that there were multiple offers put in on the home we wanted and she made sure we got the house!!!! I never thought homebuying would be so smooth. She organized all of the inspections and told us everything we needed to move forward and never let us forget. Jen was by our side the entire way and it gave us a piece of mind that everything would be done and nothing would be forgotten. So here is sit in my new home with my family and we couldn't be happier. I will absolutely recommend Jennifer Tenney to all homebuyers!!!!! We will also choose her when we decide to buy another home!

Impressed is a huge word to share about Jennifer and the entire Amanda Ondrey team. We used this team when we sold our first home back in 2016 and that transaction was seamless. Going into listing our home in 2019 and finding our dream home was not an easy task. When we did find THE one and only home, it was one of the toughest home buying transactions that I am sure Jennifer and the team has ever faced. There was multiple challenges that were faced on both sides of the buying/selling process, but we put a huge amount of trust in Jennifer and the team to lead us down the best direction possible. The delicate balance they were able to establish across all parties was incredible, professional and really set the bar high for any referrals of realtors to friends. The process to get our home ready and sold in a quick timeframe, along with beautiful pictures to showcase our previous homes beauty was impeccable. The branding and marketing of our home was on point and the priority they put around our buying process was appreciated. Hands down, I would recommend The Ondrey Team because from start to finish you will most certainly be in good hands.
