This was our first time buying a home and Jennifer made it as stress free as it could be! Her patience answering all of our questions was extremely appreciated as well as her honesty and knowledge about the housing market. Jennifer was always quick to respond and set up house showings. She would help us discuss the pros and cons of all of the houses and was very kind throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend her to be your realtor!!

Justina was amazing to work with! She was constantly sending us new homes that were coming onto the market that met our criteria. When we were uncertain about a home, she was able to get us in more than once so we would be able to see the home in a different view (first time was at night and she was able to get us in again for a daytime showing). Justina worked with us closely from the day we contacted her about buying a home, until after it was signed and we were moved in. She was even able to put us in contact with bankers who were willing to work with us to get us in our house. I truly believe that if it wasn't for her we would still be renting to this day (end of 2018).

I bought a house with Brooke Jones from the Amanda Ondrey team. If I could give her 10 stars for each category I would. To start off with Brooke arrived at the house to show me early almost every single time and never late. (I went through many rental houses with her until I found the right one.) Not only did work around my crazy work schedule that I only have open one day per week, she did all those tiny extra things from texting me the night before to remind me of our appointment to giving me a heads up on property's I might want to see or property's with problems I may not be willing to deal with. In addition to this her communication is excellent. During the process of buying the house and negotiating she always let me know what was going on and when if she didn't get an answer from the other realtor not only when she had asked the other realtor but when she would follow up again. Any problem that came up she was on top of getting it resolved and did everything she could on her end. I have been left feeling totally spoiled and wouldn't want to use any other realtor than her.

Jen went above and beyond our expectations as first time buyers. She always got back with us right away with any questions or concerns. Jen would get ahold of US and bring homes to our attention instead of us being the only ones to look for a home to buy. We had emails almost daily of new properties that went up for sale and she did whatever it took to have us look at the homes we wanted to see. We told her what we were looking for and within 3 weeks of looking, Jen helped us find our dream home! I also want to add that there were multiple offers put in on the home we wanted and she made sure we got the house!!!! I never thought homebuying would be so smooth. She organized all of the inspections and told us everything we needed to move forward and never let us forget. Jen was by our side the entire way and it gave us a piece of mind that everything would be done and nothing would be forgotten. So here is sit in my new home with my family and we couldn't be happier. I will absolutely recommend Jennifer Tenney to all homebuyers!!!!! We will also choose her when we decide to buy another home!

I worked with Brooke Jones. To be blunt and to the point she is hands down the best. Before her I briefly had two other real estate agents who just didn't cut it. What makes her the best is many things from her communication skills to listening skills and finally her professionalism . My first example of her communication skills is whenever something was going on she always let me know when she had contacted the other agent and if she didn't get a response when she would follow up with her. Another example would be sending reminder texts the day before about what house we were going to see at what time. As for listening skills, after each house I told her what I liked and disliked about it, and what skills for fixing property's I had and lacked. This gave her a better idea of what I was looking for and she was able to help. In addition to this she paid attention to my crazy work schedule to schedule appointments for me and never forgot that at work I don't get service and remembered to text me as I had requested. Her professionalism is unsurpassed. She always let me know what the next step would be and what I needed to get done to move forward while keeping me in the loop of what she was doing and when she ran into problems how she was solving them. When I had problems she went way above and beyond to help fix them. These are just a few examples of what makes her the best. To get straight to my point earlier when you know you have the best realitor out there you don't consider using any other realitors. She has left me feeling spoiled where I don't want to use any other realtors in the future of buying more rental homes.
