Amanda was tremendous. She researched all comparable listed properties, prepared the listing presentation packet, gave us very accurate market conditions and projections. In marketing our property, she took pictures, posted the house/information on the website, put signs on both streets, held multiple open houses - pretty much everything we could ask. When we began receiving offers she was there to guide us until we accepted the final offer. Again, she was instrumental in the home inspection, assisted us with contractors for required repairs, etc. She helped with closing preparation including signed contracts, coordinating the closing process, buyer final walk-through. She is honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend her - in fact as we told her, we are so lucky to have such a knowledgeable real estate agent on our side!
