Brandi found us our dream home! The real magic was how she took what was important to both my wife and I and found a home that checked all the boxes. Brandi helped my husband and I find the perfect home with everything on our wish list and more! We also worked with Brandi's team to sell our previous home. Brandi and her team were knowledgeable, personable, endlessly patient and generous with their time (including mornings, evening and weekends over the period of a few months to find the perfect house). She was their to answer any questions we may have thoroughly and clearly. Purchasing and Selling a home at the same time can be super stressful. Jennifer helped us buy our first home, and was such a wonderful realtor! We gave her our criteria over the phone, and within minutes she sent us a list of potential homes. We fell in love with one of the houses on the list, and Jennifer was quick to book a showing for us. The day after we saw the house, we gave our offer and Jennifer helped negotiate an agreement that same day! In the month remaining, she was extremely quick to respond to all my questions, and provided a lot of knowledge and advice for our first home-buying experience. We hit some bumps along the way (which is to be expected for any purchase), and Jennifer masterfully navigated us through all the obstacles. I would highly recommend her for any home-buying experience!

Brooke Jones Paulino, Realtor

Brooke Jones was professional and thorough and kind as she listed and sold my father's home of 62 years. We relocated out of State prior to listing the home and she was there for any need, whether it was meeting the repair person or reviewing the comments from a showing. I contacted Brooke and Brooke took it from there. If I had a question or concern she let me know when she would get back with me and she was always prompt. The entire experience was top notch. Jennifer was very helpful as my girlfriend and I looked for a home over the course of several months. Our desires for a home were somewhat specific, and Jennifer gave us honest information and opinions about the homes we looked at with her before we finally found one. She is very quick at answering phone calls and texts and does whatever she can to help during the entire process even when dealing with an occasional pest like me :) We really appreciated her help and recommend her to others as they look to buy a home!

We were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions. Jennifer was patient and understanding to all of our needs. She went above and beyond to learn what we were looking for and to address all of our concerns. She stayed on top of the market and looked in neighborhoods we didn't even know we liked. Jennifer found our house and successfully negotiated our purchase within one day of the house going on the market. We would have missed out had it not been for her.
