It was a pleasure to work with Ms. Brandi Bux . We were interested in a "short sale" property and discovered all the difficulties one can encounter with such a purchase. Brandi let us know right away that we should expect delays and disappointments but if we were willing to wait, she was sure that we would get our Farmhouse. Always lots of communication and answered questions to help me make the best choices.
